In order to enhance their efficiency, we support them with the most innovative and up to date technology in the industry. We’re convinced that our clients are best served when our support systems allow our administrators to spend time with our clients. It’s important to stay on the “same page” with our plan sponsor/participants as their business develops and changes over time. This way, we can serve our clients properly by keeping their retirement plans in strict compliance as federal regulations change.

You’ll see from our staff biographies that we have assembled a team who, over the years, has received special training in the handling of highly technical types of plans. Often, our clients tell us that our ability to administer complex plans has been of great value to them, and frequently produces unique and creative solutions to their retirement problems. Creative solutions and positive results have been our hallmark for more than a quarter century.

BRIAN LAMB Vice President, Sales
Mr. Lamb has been providing administration and technical advice to retirement plan sponsors since 1977. Prior to becoming President of Incentive Benefits, Inc. he was President of First Capital Benefit Advisors, Inc., a Los Angeles plan administration firm with more than 1,200 clients. His duties included responsibility for all operational, administrative and financial functions of the firm. In addition, he frequently presented on the subject of retirement plans to groups of attorneys, accountants and clients. Prior to joining First Capital in 1987, Mr. Lamb worked for ten years at Integrated Financial Corporation, supervising plan administration, preparation of plan documents, terminations, and
technical support.

AL CANNATA Vice President
Mr. Cannata joined TSP Associates, a large third party plan administration firm, after graduating from college. During his ten year tenure at that firm, he was promoted to Director of Plan Administration and was responsible for the supervision of the entire administration staff. Following TSP Associates, and just prior to joining Incentive Benefits, Inc., he worked at BSI Inc., where he specialized in the administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) for large corporations with up to 8,000 employees. Mr. Cannata’s duties at Incentive Benefits include ESOP, Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration.

MARK HARGROVE Senior Administrator
Mr. Hargrove joined Carter Hawley Hale in 1980, a holding company in Los Angeles for a national chain of retail stores with over 55,000 employees. During his thirteen years of employment, Mark was a senior plan administrator responsible for the firm’s Defined Benefit Pension and 401(k) Plans. After a brief tenure with several other third party administration firms, Mark joined Incentive Benefits in 1998. At Incentive Benefits, Mark has worked on both Defined Benefit Plans and Defined Contribution Plans, including 401(k) and ESOP’s.

SUSAN OLMOS Senior Administrator
Ms. Olmos joined Incentive Benefits in 1984 and was promoted to senior plan administrator in 1987. Sue is responsible for annual administration on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans, which includes contribution calculations, trust account reconciliations and participant reports. Prior to 1984, Ms. Olmos held positions in the fields of commercial banking and tax form preparation.

JEANNIE LAM Senior Administrator
Ms. Jeannie Lam joined Incentive Benefits, Inc. in early 2018. Prior to joining, Jeannie was a Pension Administrator at TSP Associates, Inc. for eleven years. During this time, Jeannie help multiple roles including preparing documents and administrative duties for the firm, in addition toadministration of Defined Benefit and 401(k) Plans for her assigned clients. Prior to her tenure at TSP Associates, Inc., Jeannie had eight years of experience working at Pension Services Corporation starting with preparation of plan documents and was promoted to Junior Pension Administrator.
